I'm trying the community version and I have a problem with a PDF.

The result of the indexing shows me this message: "The document is encrypted"

I have another PDF that is correctly indexed.

Do you know where this mistake came from?

Perhaps you have a malformed PDF, it is a PDF document that some readers are able to open, others instead are not able to run this operation.
Some readers can display a document even if this presents some format errors, so maybe with a certain reader you can see the document, with another not.

You must check your documents for format errors

You were right, PDF TOOLd tells me that PDFs contain errors. After using their PDF repair tool, LogicalDoc can index them.

thanks for the confirmation, in the past we had similar cases, but without seeing your PDFs mine was only a guess
