We made updates of the document management system logicaldoc enterprice and we realized that with the latest version 7.7.5 the program does not return the Password Reset Request that is requested because the password of any user has been forgotten.
The answer that returns to the mail is:

We tried to make LogicalDOC as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.
