Password reset request does not return

We made updates of the document management system logicaldoc enterprice and we realized that with the latest version 7.7.5 the program does not return the Password Reset Request that is requested because the password of any user has been forgotten.

The answer that returns to the mail is:

LogicalDOC Empresa - Solicitud de restablecimiento de ContraseƱa

Hi jeyhber,

the correct place for Enterprise support request is: https://logicaldoc.freshdesk.com

However I passed this information to the developers who are checking it out against LD 8.0 (just released)

Hi jeyhber,

if the url to the server is correct,
a user should click on the link in the email and then he will receive a new email with the pwd.
