Install on Oracle - missing table(s) and column(s)

I have installed latest version 6.2 on Oracle (both XE and 11g) and seems there are some errors prevent uploading documents.

From the error message I found these are missing so far:
missing table: ld_feedmessage
Missing column: LD_BARCODED in ld_document table

I must have missed. I try to apply upgrade.sql but doesn't seem helpful.

Any suggestion/help please?

Yes we know, and we solved the issue in the upcoming 6.3
