Add template options to sorting columns

LogicalDOC has many interesting features, but requires some configuration process to show its full potential.

Add template options to sorting columns

Thu Jan 28, 2016 2:56 pm

Hi,

Is it possible to add the fields created in templates into the columns list on the documents tab, and also can the columns be set-up and fixed by admin so they are the default selections by all users?

Thanks

It is possible to add the columns you defined in a template to the document view by acting on the configuration of the GUI.
Administration, Settings, GUI Settings, Extended Attributes (field)
There you can write the name of the custom fields you defined (separated by comma)

You can't block with a parameter the column list, each user can choose from the list the columns to be displayed.

Return to “Configuration”
