Failed installing Logicaldoc-Community service

Tue Apr 04, 2017 2:56 am

Cannot install version 7.6.2. Everything goes through and on the end got confirmation that installation was successful but notices error during service installation there is a error. Service get created but unable to start it. Also there is an note before that line --JvmOptions' is not recognized as an internal or external command.
Both 32 and 64 JDK version are installed. Tried both modes. This is on Windows 7 64bit.

Hi plevko77,
perhaps you have already a service installed with the same name,
or a service that runs on the same ports you specified during the setup steps.

Check in your system services for a service named: LogicalDOC-Community and in the software installed (from the control panel) LogicalDOC-Community 7.6.2

If you don't have neither the software installed or the system service in that case LD is not installed.
So you can open a command prompt from Administrator
set the JAVA_HOME variable to the directory of your JDK

eg: SET JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_45

Launch the installer (from cmd line)
logicaldoc-community-installer-7.6.2.exe
OR
java -jar logicaldoc-installer.jar
