That is a post-install reconfiguration wizard, in the first step it asks for a repository folder, you can put something like: C:\LogicalDOC\repository
When it aasks for the DB, choose external an then SQL Server and compile the correct connection URL.
The contents you find here are totally obsolete so do not use this website to obtain a solution for your issues: the indications you get from here will not be accurate and may lead to data loss or other mayor problems

the database connection information are stored as properties in the context.properties file that you can find in folder /conf , look for the keys that contain jdbc
