Hello,
we start using the logicaldoc community Edition and the info about the software like the follow
1- We use 8.1 version
2- We use windows version
3- Our DB is MYSQL community

When I opened the logical doc DB I found those tables,
- ld_document
- ld_folder_ext
- ld_template
- and more
I wondering if I backup all logicaldoc DB, is my documentation and folders will be in save
And when I lose any data I can restore it from the DB, and when I restore the DB onto another server I will find all my data and docs and folders
Because I see that all docs and folders is stored onto the DB ?

Hi John, you should:
  1. backup the configuration files of LogicalDOC C:\LogicalDOC-Community\conf
  2. macke a backup of the database with all its data
  3. backup the document repository C:\LogicalDOC-Community\repository\docs

Return to “Configuration”
