Hi.. I wanted to upgrade my local installation of LogicalDoc CE from 6.3.5 to 6.6.2... i'ved seen the files available in the SF tools page which are 6.3.5 to 6.4.2 upgrade script and 6.5.2 to 6.6.2 upgrade script...

my question is that is here a way to upgrade from 6.4.2 to 6.5.2? any help is much appreciated.

Try the upgrade procedure using the upgradeto-6.5.2.zip in attachment
This will allow to upgrade from 6.4.2 to 6.5.2
