Windows could not start the logical doc on local computer

I've Install the Mysql and logicaldoc open source on windows 7 64 bits platform successfully but, when I am trying to start the logicaldoc service manually i got the following error

Windows could not start start the logical doc on local computer for more information review system event log

Please your help to solve this issue.

Do you ahve a 32bit Java or a 64bit java virtual machine installed in that PC ?
please look at the output of the command: java -version
