Internet Explorer Crash

We tried to make LogicalDOC as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Internet Explorer Crash

Hi support team,

I finished the update to 6.2.4 and LogicalDOC with IE9 on my computer is working now.
I’ve tried some other win7 clients, and got mixed results.
Some clients work just fine with ie9, some don’t even get a login screen and hang at “Loading Messages…”

Cleaning browser cache doesn’t help.

The behaviour is due to the fact that the old LogicalDOC GUI was cached by the browser, so the solution is to reset the Explorer cache, this is a suggested procedure.

From http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wind ... r-settings:

To reset Internet Explorer settings
  • Close any Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.
  • Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
  • Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  • Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  • Select the Delete personal settings check box if you would like to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, and InPrivate Filtering data.
  • In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  • When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the settings, click Close, and then click OK.
  • Close Internet Explorer.
Your changes will take effect the next time you open Internet Explorer.
