Preview stops working after document is checked in

We tried to make LogicalDOC as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Preview stops working after document is checked in

Running LogicalDOC 7.7.3 on a CentOS 7 server. After upgrading, Preview only works on documents that have not been checked out/checked in. Once we check a document back in to the system, we can no longer preview it. Is there a fix for this?

Hi diefox,
that is very strange, are you using a community version?
Exactly this behavior happens on any type of document, or are there any specific file types?
What do you tell me about the Thumbnail of the document, is it generated correctly?
